Auditors

Membership Status

Please note that in order to pay the USDF member rate, you must pre-register and be a current USDF participating, group, or intercollegiate/interscholastic member at the time of registration. If your USDF membership is not current, you are a non-member. Membership status will be checked prior to processing the registrations. Check your membership status, join USDF, or contact the USDF membership department at (859) 971-2277.

Pre-Registration

Auditors who are USDF members may pre-register in advance of the clinic they wish to attend for a cost of $35 per day or $60 for the weekend. Non-USDF Members may pre-register for a cost of $45 per day or $80 for the weekend. Pre-registration must be made in accordance with the pre-registration deadline for each given clinic. Pre-registered auditors will receive confirmation of their registration by e-mail or mail (if email is not available). If you pre-registered, your name will be on the registration list and the organizer will have a pre-printed name tag for you which will serve as your ticket to the clinic. Your payment is your registration; if you have not paid in advance, you are not pre-registered and will need to register as a walk-in.

USDF University Credits

USDF University credit is available for auditors who are current USDF participating, group, or intercollegiate/interscholastic members. Auditors who pre-register using our online registration feature will receive automatic university credits. All other registrants, including walk-ins, must request university credits and pay a $5.00 processing fee. University credits may be requested on site. This fee will be collected by the Clinic Organizer. Auditors will receive one University Credit and must audit both days of the clinic. Participating riders who are selected to ride will receive two University credits.

Auditor who are current participating, group, or intercollegiate/interscholastic members and who register online, will automatically receive one University Credit.

Walk-In Registration

Walk-in registration is also available at the clinic for a cost of $45 per day or $80 for the weekend. Walk-ins are welcome but pre-registration is strongly encouraged so that adequate seating can be arranged. Walk-ins should arrive at least a half hour prior to the clinic start time in order to complete registration. This ensures that the clinic can start on time with minimal disruption. All walk-ins pay the same rate, regardless of membership status (walk-in rates are $45 for one clinic day or $80 for both clinic days).

Local Details

The ride schedule, directions, and other local information will be sent to all pre-registered auditors. Additional information specific to each clinic will also be on the dates and locations page.

Attendance Policy

Auditors are only allowed to attend the clinic on the days they have registered to do so. Auditor name tags will indicate what days they have registered to attend. Auditors may register to attend additional days of the clinic during the clinic if they desire.

Cancellations and Refunds

Auditors who must cancel must do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of the clinic in order to receive a refund. All requests for refunds must be received by the USDF office in writing. Please mail, fax, or email all refund requests to the USDF office. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Requests for refunds will be issued minus a $25 processing fee.
